Majlis is an arabic word meaning a place to sit. Typically it is used to refer to an area where people come to gather, sit around, share in food and discuss ideas.

Once you have your industry expert and student speakers lined up, approach faculty experts from within your institution or a parterning one to join the majlis/panel

Choose a date and time to host the panel. It is crucial to ensure you have a videographer and editor on-hand for the day to record the panel discussion

Research and prepare to host and moderate the panel.

Don't forget to announce at the beginning of the Majlis that the entire session will be videographed and photographed for the purpose of this program.
